When will my order ship?
Unless specifically stated, we only list items on our website that are currently in stock. Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days, unless the order includes items that are not in stock. Shipping status notifications will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Is it easy to set up a machine?
Absolutely. Arcade games typically just need to be put in place and plugged in. Pinball machines take a bit more time, but can easily be done with a second hand and you'll be playing in no time. It doesn't take prior experience to unbox and set up a new pinball machine.

How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders U.S. orders.
What can I expect from a vintage, used, or "as-is" machine?
Normal wear and tear is to be expected with any of these machines and it correlates to age. We always prefer original, OEM, parts and artwork, so it is up to the discretion of our restoration experts on when something should be replaced. If you are concerned about a specific machine, email us before purchasing for additional information. We try to elaborate as much as possible in the descriptions, but feel free to ask. We welcome all questions and want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.
Where do you ship?
Pinballer offers free shipping to the 48 contiguous states.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Purchases of pinball machines, arcade games, amusement equipment, and accessories are taxable purchases, and we are legally required to collect and remit sales tax on the purchase unless it is for resale, and a resale certificate is provided. If you are purchasing for resale, email Hello@Pinballer.com.
Can I get on the waitlist for a machine?
We don't currently have a waitlist, but join the newsletter to hear when new titles become available.
How are orders shipped?
Orders that do not include a large machine will ship via common carrier (Fedex, UPS, etc.). Pinball machines, arcade games, and other amusement equipment orders are shipped LTL (less-than-truckload) with a freight carrier. For more info, view our shipping policy here.
Where are you located?
We ship everything from our warehouse in Fort Worth, Texas, but we also own a chain of family entertainment centers across Texas under the name of Cidercade.
Do you have a Fort Worth Showroom?
Yup! Our Fort Worth showroom is located at 1734 E El Paso St. Fort Worth, TX 76102. Feel free to come by, see available inventory, and play a game prior to purchasing.

Do you offer pinball machine repair or arcade repair services?
Generally, no. We have many technicians on staff and will support you as much as we can after a purchase, but we don't offer contract services beyond the sale.
